Ingredients are sourced locally in New England. Gelatos and Sorbets are made with imported Italian ingredients as well as naturally produced flavorings and colorings. Pugnuts rotates around 12 flavors of Ice Cream, 12 flavors of Gelato Sorbets in their beautiful display cases in the Surry shop, and others are available on a daily basis. They also offers a wide variety of Ice Cream and Gelato cakes for special occasions, and ice cream and gelato cakes can be made with advance notice.
