Dana Moos Maine Inn Broker, B&B Inn lodging consultant, Cookbook Author, Maine Inns and expert in Maine Bed and Breakfasts for Sale
So it's been a while since my last post on this blog, although this is just a catch-all blog and not where I do most of my posting. But blogs should never get stale. I have been crazy busy! Since my last post I have finished a very busy summer season at the Pomegranate Inn (still open but not as busy this time of year), have 1802 House Inn in Kennebunkport under contract, Spottsbrooke under contract, I listed Wild Iris Inn in Portland, I've shown quite a few properties to out of town inn buyers, I have another set of inn buyers coming up next month, I got my Broker's license (from Associate Broker), I'm scheduled for two cooking demos (for the cookbook) at the Maine Home and Remodeling Show in Portland and in Durham, New Hampshire in February and March, AND Stonewall Kitchen has asked me to teach some brunch classes at their cooking school in York, Maine (that's not until May). What I miss is photography! But with zero time, something had to give, and it certainly wasn't going to be real estate. Fortunately, I have help at the inn. So there, you know what I've been up to!
