Craignair Inn and Restaurant - former client (I sold the inn May 19, 2010)
"If you want a Real Estate agent that listens, understands, and knows her job, then you want Dana Moos. I could not recommend her highly enough. She just sold our Inn to the perfect couple. With all of the difficulties with SBA, Dana stuck with both the buyers and sellers and went above and beyond what I expected her to do. She was not just our Real Estate Broker, but also became our friend! WE LOVE DANA!

Jonas Farrell - Realtor in Missouri
An email I received: "My name is Jonas Farrel and I am a Realtor with John Farrell Real Estate at Lake of the Ozarks, MO. I am preparing to launch my personal website and am in search of the best ideas. Last week I was in DC and attended the ABR course being taught by Barbara Fairfield. In her ABR booklet she highlighted your photo blog website and there were a couple other Realtors present that spoke very highly of your site and the idea of the photo blog. I have just spent a couple minutes reviewing your site and I like what I see"

"Having owned 5 properties and chose my brokers very carefully. I am so impressed with your marketing ability, creativeness, consistant "on top" of the social media scene. It is so assuring to know that this piece of my business is being taken care of!!! Thank you, Dana for all that you do-your passion shines daily for all of your clients and tourism in Maine!!!"

"I want you to know that I pointed your blogs, etc out to a regional VP of a major real estate company to show her what I considered examples of what a savvy (and successful) agent can do. I told her as far as I'm concerned, you are the gold standard...You keep on being you and doing what you do. You touch many of us every day in a positive, life affirming manner. You bring your zest for life into everything you do and believe me, your optimism and joy is contagious. So don't ever quit!!"

Amy Chorew - National Technology Speaker and Coach for the Real Estate Industry
I met Amy for the first time in person at the National Association of Realtors Mid-year Convention in Washington DC in May 2010 (I had previously only known her on Twitter/Facebook). When we were introduced, Amy said "Oh YOU'RE Dana Moos! If I EVER want to buy a bed and breakfast in Maine, I'm coming to YOU"! That comment was just a testament to personal branding in social media. I love technology!

Chris Speicher, The Speicher Team
Chris sent me a nice gift of Maryland's famous Old Bay Seasoning and a note that read "thank you for sharing your expertise and knowledge with us" and this was his comment to me on Facebook. Having moved from Montgomery County, Maryland, I really appreciated this gesture. It will go perfectly with my Maine crab. Thank you Chris!
National Association of Realtors
NAR used my personal photoblog as an example of personal branding in one of their accredited education courses.
"Greetings, Dana.
My name is Kristen Short. I am Managing Director of Education for the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) and Business Specialties at the National Association of REALTORS®. I am working on a revision of our Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) Designation Course and, with your permission, would love to highlight a screen capture of your photo blog,http://danamoos.wordpress.com/, in the discussion of personal branding in Chapter 1, "Marketing Fundamentals." I think your blog is an exceptional (and very inspiring!) example of how real estate professionals can use passions and interests to build their personal brand. "
