My Hospitality Sales

When it comes to lodging and hospitality sales, I have a very strong sales record, particularly since 2014 (after a recession rebound) with a total of $195 million sold.
In 2022 and 2021, I held the top position in the state for commercial sales volume as reported by Maine Real Estate Information Systems.
And I am especially proud to have represented some of the same clients multiple times over the years.

Agency/Representation Policy

We are familiar with agency law as it relates to real estate in Maine. We can act as seller’s representative (agent), buyer’s representative (agent), or disclosed dual representative (dual agent). Representation agreements will be formalized based upon the nature of our relationship. This may create a dual representation with the sellers/clients we also represent when the buyer wishes to acquire an in-house offering. In all cases, whether for sellers or buyers, we always disclose our relationships in accordance with the state laws and ethical business practice and explain the options. This rather complicated area of the business is one which we take very seriously. We want you to be comfortable with us and our role. We are happy to provide references of clients with whom we have worked as disclosed dual representatives. I have some reviews on Facebook and Google where I represented both parties as a Disclosed Dual Agent. And you can see in my list of sales the number of times I represented each side or both. For more detailed information, read my in-depth description of this relationship.

And did you know...

Not everyone who is a licensed real estate agent is a Realtor®?
A Realtor® is a licensed real estate sales agent who belongs to the National Association of Realtors®, the largest trade group in the country. Realtors® are held to a higher ethical standard than state licensed agents and must adhere to a Code of Ethics. Some Realtors® are brokers, while some are associate brokers or sales agents. These are varying levels of education, licensing and often responsibilities.
Hospitality ‘Consultants’ who not licensed in the state of Maine are not held to any standards the way we are here as licensed Realtors® in Maine. As licensed Realtors® in Maine, we are held to the highest standards and ethics where consumer protection is paramount. We attend showings, we attend building inspections, we are there for you when you cannot be, every step of the way.
