Some of my listings are homes with business and rental potential; others are solely for residential enjoyment.

Although my specialty is the lodging industry statewide, I do represent buyers and sellers of residential real estate where I know the area. I list private homes now and then, particularly if the home's location is a destination spot or a recreational area with a draw for second home or vacation home buyers, as well as those with Summer rental potential. Often some of the homes currently operating as bed and breakfasts make wonderful private residences and for many, the conversion from lodging to private home is seamless.
